In this role, you will become part of a team of five Quality Coordinators, each with their own client portfolio within The Healthcare Department. You are responsible for the quality of the products from your clients. Additionally, you act as a liaison between various departments. Colleagues will turn to you when they face challenges, and it’s your task to tackle these issues with a solution-oriented approach. You will also be involved in:
- Providing support during internal and external audits for certifications such as ISO 13485 and GDP.
- Managing and maintaining documentation in systems such as ISO 13485, SharePoint, and SAP.
- Developing KPIs and providing work instructions for monitoring quality systems.
- Working on compliance, investigating quality issues through root cause analysis, and identifying risks through risk assessments.
- Coordinating with other departments for approvals and information sharing, while keeping a close eye on everything and everyone.
The team consists of five Quality Coordinators, two Administrative Assistants, a Training Coordinator, and is led by the Quality Manager. They are all colleagues from different countries and cultures, and the working language is English.
