As a QA Management Specialist at New Fruit Group, you will have broad responsibilities focused on assessing, safeguarding, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. You will act as a sparring partner for the management team (MT) and collaborate closely with various managers, colleagues within the organization, suppliers, fulfillment partners, and customers regarding the QA policy. You will be part of a fast growing global team and report directly to the CEO.
Within the quality domain, you will be responsible for data management and reporting. This includes maintaining accurate records of all quality activities and preparing regular quality performance reports for management review. Additionally, you will ensure readiness for unexpected visits from auditing agencies, ensuring that QA certificates, such as IFS, are maintained.With your keen eye for detail, you ask the right questions to get to the root of a problem and identify its cause. Additionally, you serve as the point of contact and manage daily communication with the Retail clients and suppliers, supporting them with inquiries related to legislation and regulations, packaging reviews, and complaint resolution. So that issues will be resolved efficiently.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Obtaining and maintaining QA certifications (such as IFS, Global GAP and other needed certifications)..
- Driving process improvements and documenting them in procedures and instructions.
- Offering proactive support to the sales department in handling escalations and quality-related issues.
- Coordinating and managing internal and external audit processes.
- Collaborate with the team to coordinate quality checks and resolve quality- related challenges.
