You translate complex regulations into clear, actionable steps and ensure that innovation in crop protection and biologicals can move forward.Working within the Crop Protection & Bio Development team, you focus on key topics shaping the future of sustainable agriculture, ranging from pesticide legislation to organic standards and packaging regulations. With your analytical and detail-oriented mindset, you interpret complex legal and scientific information with accuracy, while your proactive and adaptable approach enables you to anticipate regulatory changes and act on them effectively.As a collaborative communicator, you build strong relationships and clearly convey insights across teams, departments, and international stakeholders.Key responsibilities:Monitor, analyze, and interpret EU regulatory developments, translating them into clear internal actions.Conduct legal analyses and prepare concise policy briefs and strategic insights.Drive and support the implementation of regulatory changes across the organization.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to strategic and tactical regulatory initiatives.Prepare clear reports, summaries, and position papers to support communication and advocacy efforts.You will be part of the Global Regulatory Affairs department and report directly to the Regulatory Affairs Manager for Crop Protection & Bio Development, working closely with colleagues across Seed Operations and R&D worldwide.
